We are seeking a Physical Security Systems Coordinator/Technician with experience supporting Facilities Access Control Systems (FACS) and Genetec Security Center. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of physical security, inventory management, documentation, and basic IT support skills. This role is responsible for coordinating physical security system operations, managing inventory and assets, supporting the Security Operations Center (SOC), and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Genetec Security Center, Facilities Access Control Systems (FACS), or similar enterprise access control platforms.
- Knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control, CCTV, card readers, and badge management systems.
- Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows systems, networking, and server environments.
- Experience supporting Security Operations Center (SOC) activities is preferred.
- Strong technical documentation and SOP development skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
