You will be hired to help SAP negotiate contracts and communicate internally regarding products which are going to be sunset or end of life.
As a Customer Renewals Executive, you are responsible for:
• delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with Customer Engagement Executives and the extended account team.
• interfacing with customers on SAP’s behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.
• representing SAP
You will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth.
Qualifications required:
Technical skills: basic Microsoft office knowledge and web browsing
Language skills: English mandatory, any other foreign language is nice to have
Experience Required: no experience in a similar role required
Personality Profile: good communication skill written and verbal, problem solving skills
Education: university degree is nice to have but not obligatory
Salary : $30 - $32
