- 2 years of training coordination experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate New Hire Orientation (NHO), onboarding, and On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Manage training schedules, LMS assignments, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, and Engineering teams.
- Generate training metrics and ensure GMP/ISO/FDA compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
