- Handle inbound HR contact center calls (payroll, LOA, policy inquiries, etc.)
- Create and manage cases using ServiceNow
- Provide payroll inquiry support (no processing required; understanding of payroll/timekeeping logic needed)
- Maintain employee data, documentation, and reports
- Support HR operations (employee verifications, tuition reimbursement, policy compliance)
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams for issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree
- 5 years of experience in HR support / contact center / customer service
- Strong experience with inbound calls and case management
- Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
- Knowledge of payroll/timekeeping concepts
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
Nice to Have:
- Spanish language skills
- Prior HR contact center experience
