Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels, through face-to-face interactions, to expand our client base
  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products or services, and ensuring customer retention through excellent service
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize market coverage and sales effectiveness
  • Utilize CRM software such as Calendly and Canvass to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, D2D (Door to Door) sales, or territory management roles with a focus on technology or product solutions
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analysis skills to close deals confidently and build trust with clients
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales and inside sales
  • Ability to deliver engaging product demos and perform upselling techniques that enhance revenue streams
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service, technical sales, and expanding market presence

Pay: $30,000.00 - $54,895.69 per year
