Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels, through face-to-face interactions, to expand our client base
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products or services, and ensuring customer retention through excellent service
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to customer needs
- Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize market coverage and sales effectiveness
- Utilize CRM software such as Calendly and Canvass to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, D2D (Door to Door) sales, or territory management roles with a focus on technology or product solutions
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analysis skills to close deals confidently and build trust with clients
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and inside sales
- Ability to deliver engaging product demos and perform upselling techniques that enhance revenue streams
