• Assist in directing the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff
• Support the community's Executive Director with all aspects of operations

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Compassionate, patient, and kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• Passion for building a high performing teams
• Creativity, flexibility, time management skills, and a knowledge base of the geriatric population who may have complex medical needs 
• The ability to provide health services training to other employees of the Community, and to oversee the medication administration program
• Experience in working with similar age demographic and experience in operations and clinical oversight in a setting such as ours preferred
