What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1 year experience as a BT under a BCBA
✅ RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
✅ Monday-Friday availability (9 AM - 5 PM) Flexible
✅ Strong communication skills & excellent attendance
What You’ll Do:
⭐ Provide 1:1 or group therapy in a fun, engaging environment
⭐ Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
⭐ Collect data & collaborate with parents and staff
⭐ Ensure a safe & supportive space for all clients
