Integration Solutions Analyst
The Integration Solutions Analyst is a critical hybrid role of bridging customer needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities. This position will document and implement scalable integration solutions, onboard customers to Radiant’s platforms, and continuously enhance our integration offerings.
This position requires both strategic thinking – to architect effective solutions – and hands-on execution to ensure seamless delivery. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating closely with customers, sales, operations, and development teams to ensure efficient data flow between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and customer ERP, WMS, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Analyze customer integration requirements and design optimal, scalable solutions.
- Develop and manage integration timelines aligned with project queues and sprint schedules.
- Create standardized integration templates to reduce custom work.
- Evaluate and recommend integration technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
- Design and document data mapping specifications between customer systems and our TMS.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize integration processes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on the integration roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Manage customer integration projects from discovery through deployment.
- Identify and qualify integration options, including API, EDI, SFTP, and webhook solutions.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand technical requirements and constraints.
- Test and validate integration functionality prior to production deployment.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation to customers during onboarding.
- Train customers on integration capabilities and best practices.
- Create and maintain customer-facing integration documentation and guides.
- Monitor integration health and proactively address potential issues.
- Analyze integration performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay current on freight forwarding technology trends and integration standards.
- Recommend enhancements to improve scalability and reduce integration costs.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to the integration knowledge base.
- Provide actional feedback to the product team based on customer integration patterns.
Technical Skills
- High school diploma required.
- 2 years of experience in system integrations.
- Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation logic.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proven capability in decomposing complex technical challenges.
- Pattern recognition to identify opportunities for standardization.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating clear technical documentation and specifications.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Effective project management and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology, freight forwarding, and 3PL services.
- Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., CargoWise, SAP TM, Magaya, Descartes).
- Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML data formats.
- Understanding of EDI standards (X12 210, 214, 310, 315, 204, 990 preferred).
- Previous customer-facing technical experience.
- 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Understanding of LTL, FTL, ocean, and air freight operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Full-time, 8-hour workdays with requisite meal and rest breaks.
- Punctuality, dependability, and daily preparation are essential.
- Regular activities include sitting, walking, typing, and frequent communication.
- Climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise levels.
