Compensation and Employment Status

All positions are W-2 (employee) positions with a highly competitive compensation package:

• Hourly Rates: $65.00–$80.00 per service hour.
• Full-Time Annual Income Range: $80,000.00–$105,000.00 /year.

Position Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are looking for licensed therapists who love working with young kids and enjoy the clinical autonomy that an in-home setting provides:

• Valid CA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
• Previous clinical experience with pediatric populations is preferred (most clients are 1–3, but we see up to age 18).
• Available for at least 8 hours/week (for part-time) up to full-time.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and able to navigate digital platforms (EMR, Google Drive, etc.).
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proper auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a federal background check to obtain base access (or already possess a valid military/dependent ID).
• A passion for collaborating closely with families to establish rapport and make a lasting impact!
