Job Summary
As a Cleaning Technician at Radiant Home Cleaning Services (RHCS), you will clean client homes following our proven systems, methods, and safety standards. You’ll have a predictable schedule once assigned recurring houses and the opportunity to see your skill and speed improve week to week.
This is moderate-to-high-paced work that is rewarding, active, and far from a desk job.
Requirements (READ CAREFULLY)
Minimum of 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience.
- Must have worked for a residential cleaning company (not just personal/family cleaning).
- Professional references will be verified.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must pass pre-employment criminal background and reference checks.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- English literacy (verbal & written).
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster(s) if recommended).

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
