What You'll Do
As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Every day brings new opportunities to make a lasting impact by helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and achieve their treatment goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic updates, and mental status examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion
- Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills
- Maintain accurate, timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care
- Work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Receive training and support in addictions treatment if desired

Qualifications:- Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline; LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC preferred.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
- Ability to understand all Federal, State and local regulations that are applicable to the practice of Social Work, Mental Health counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
