About the Role
The Supervisor of Nursing Services provides leadership, oversight, and clinical support for our outpatient medication clinic. This role ensures smooth daily operations, high clinical standards, and a positive, professional team culture. You’ll supervise and support CMAs, RMAs, and LPNs while serving as a clinical resource and partner to providers and interdisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily supervision and clinical oversight to CMAs, RMAs, and LPNs
- Lead staffing efforts including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Assign and monitor clinical tasks to ensure timely, high-quality care
- Administer psychiatric medications and monitor for therapeutic response and side effects
- Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered nursing care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Maintain compliance with CCBHC standards, agency policies, and state and federal regulations
- Support providers by preparing patients and coordinating clinical care needs
- Manage day-to-day clinic flow and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Step in to cover RN Stabilization duties as needed

Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Indiana or compact license.
- Ability to understand all Federal, State, and Local regulations that are applicable to the practice of Nursing.
- Has or be willing to obtain CPR Certification.
- Has or be willing to obtain Crisis Prevention & Intervention Certification.
- Must be able to hear, see, speak and be ambulatory for observation and communication regarding client care.
- Able to work variable work hours to accommodate specific staffing needs.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health, primary care, or outpatient settings.
- Experience supervising or leading clinical support staff (CMA/RMA/LPN) strongly preferred.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and client centered care.
