What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our buildings, residences, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Completing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs.
- Maintaining common areas, residential properties, and outdoor spaces.
- Assisting with lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal facility upkeep.
- Operating and maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinating with staff and outside contractors when needed.
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance situations.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to hear, see, speak and be ambulatory
- Able to work variable hours as needed.
Salary : $17 - $18
