Radiant Engineering & Manufacturing is looking for a motivated CNC machining graduate who
wants to build a long-term career—not just operate a machine.
If you've recently completed a CNC Machining or Manufacturing Technology program and are
eager to learn, we'll teach you how to set up, troubleshoot, inspect, and run modern CNC
equipment while working alongside experienced machinists.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality
work, and wants to become a highly skilled setup machinist.
Schedule
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Hours may vary based on production schedules, customer requirements, and business needs.
Occasional overtime may be available as workload demands.
Pay
Pay is based on experience, aptitude, and mechanical ability.

What You'll Learn
• CNC lathe setups from start to finish
• Reading engineering drawings and GD&T;
• Precision measuring and inspection techniques
• Tooling selection and offsets
• Process improvement and troubleshooting
• First-piece inspections
• Quality documentation
• Production machining on modern CNC equipment
Equipment
• Okuma CNC turning centers with live tooling and Y-axis
• Mazak 5-axis machining centers
• Modern inspection equipment and quality systems
What We're Looking For
• Graduate of a CNC Machining or Manufacturing Technology program (or graduating soon)(or equivalent experience)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Basic understanding of G-code and CNC machining
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable
• Pride in producing quality parts
Previous setup experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right
candidate.
