Job Title: Data and Applications Assistant (Junior)
Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid - Minimum 2 Days Onsite Per Week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Applications Assistant (Junior) to support data management, reporting, and business application activities for a long-term contract opportunity in Cranston, RI.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with databases, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting business applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance activities.
- Review and update records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support day-to-day business applications and assist end users.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic application and data-related issues.
- Maintain documentation, records, and process workflows.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Some college education or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data entry, data management, or reporting functions.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with databases and business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
