Senior Salesforce Admin
Department: Enterprise Technology and Business Systems
Reports To: VP, Enterprise Technology and Business Systems
Location: Gilbert, AZ (Preferred) | Denver, CO | Rahway, NJ | Remote
Compensation: $120k–$130 Base Salary with bonus target of 10%
About the Role
- Solution Architecture: Partner with stakeholders and architects to translate business needs into scalable solutions within Salesforce, our PSA (Certinia), and Marketing Automation (HubSpot).
- System Customization: Build and maintain flows, process automation, custom data models, and user interfaces.
- Data Integrity: Oversee complex data migrations, deduplication, and quality standards.
- Optimization: Develop advanced reports and dashboards to drive executive decision-making.
- Agile Support: Manage user permissions, troubleshooting, and system documentation within an Agile framework.
Experience Needed
- Experience: 5 years of Salesforce Administration (Sales, Service, and Community Clouds).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CPQ and Flows. Experience with HubSpot and Certinia is important.
- Industry Savvy: B2B SaaS experience is required; background in Banking/FinTech is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: A "Grit with Grace" mentality, with the ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
