Radiant Consulting is looking for a Pioneer to join our Wichita team as an Entry Level Account Manager. We are a marketing firm that values deep collaboration, and in this role, the Entry Level Account Manager will learn to nurture client relationships while strategically presenting the full spectrum of AT&T services, from high-speed internet to digital solutions.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will receive training to become a strategic partner for our clients. The Entry Level Account Manager develops expert skills in managing the entire AT&T suite, from fiber internet and wireless plans to premium entertainment services, learning to coordinate solutions and build lasting relationships through our advanced CRM platform.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Support account management by ensuring service accuracy, timely updates, and customer satisfaction across the lifecycle.
- Assist outreach efforts by identifying leads, presenting AT&T internet services, and coordinating enrollment and activation.
- Learn to resolve service issues by working with internal teams and applying customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain CRM records with customer interactions, milestones, and updates to support tracking and retention.
- Prepare reports and analyze account data to identify trends and support performance improvements as an Entry Level Account Manager.
- Participate in training to build product knowledge and understand AT&T’s internet campaign operations.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Account Manager:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing preferred to support account coordination and client engagement.
- Experience in supporting customer accounts, coordinating service workflows, or handling product subscriptions—ideally in telecom, retail, or digital services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, explain service options clearly, and build trust with customers.
