Our highly specialized PM&R teams and integrated services help patients to regain their functional abilities and assist in managing care across the healthcare continuum.
We are seeking a PM&R Physician to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. This physician will work collaboratively with an experienced PM&R team to manage medical and rehab care on inpatient rehab units, LTACHs, skilled nursing facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities. The core duties will include rounding on patients daily in a team-based model, being a leader in weekly interdisciplinary team rounds, consult work and external admissions, respond to calls, managing patients through the continuum, and providing education to patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (or eligible) in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Graduate of an accredited Medical University
- Licensed by the state of Florida
- Controlled Substance License and DEA
- Excellent clinical skills, interpersonal relationships, and organizational ability
