Shift:
Monday - Friday / 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation:
The salary range is $32.20 - $40.25 - $48.30. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Position Summary:
- Properly performs X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and Procedures to ACR standards
- Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging
- Assists radiologist with specialized procedures
- Prepares sterile trays
- Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications
- Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
- Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
- Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
- One year of X-Ray experience preferred
- Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions

COVID Requirements: To protect physicians, employees, and patients of Radia from contracting COVID-19 and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Radia requires that all Health Care Setting Workers receive a COVID-19 vaccination, subject to the exemptions. New hires will be required to present written proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a written request for an Exemption within 30 days of hire.
