Medford Radiology is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to join our team. The PSR I position provides a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring thorough and accurate registration, check-in and scheduling process. The position requires excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills, strong collaboration between front and back-office teams to support positive working relationships and representing the clinic in a professional manner.

Location:
Medford sits in the Rogue Valley in southern Oregon, nestled between the Cascade Range to the east and the Siskiyou Mountains to the west. The city is known for its mild climate, outdoor recreation, and access to nearby attractions like the Rogue River and Crater Lake National Park. Popular hiking options include Roxy Ann Peak Trail, which offers panoramic views of the valley, and Table Rocks, known for its unique flat-topped mesas and wildflower hikes. Just outside the city, the Rogue River Trail provides scenic riverside hiking with waterfalls and forested stretches. Farther out, the Sky Lakes Wilderness and Siskiyou Mountains offer more rugged, high elevation hiking with alpine lakes and forest trails.
Compensation:
The pay scale for this role is: $17.12 - $22.14 - $25.17. Pay is influenced by specific factors to include direct job experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
Work Scheduled: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
This is an in-person position located at Medford Radiology.

Position Summary:
- Professional and compassionate communication with all patients
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment
- Excellent customer service to all patients, visitors and team members to help ensure a positive experience
- Verify the accuracy and input of all demographic and insurance information
- Responsible for a variety of clerical functions that support the Imaging Center
- Accurate collection of co-pays or patient payments
- Collect and scan all required documentation
- Accurate and timely processing of all patient communication, orders and other relative documents
- Manage all patient communication and documents with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA
- Manage busy times in a friendly and efficient manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare reception experience, preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service in an office setting, required
- Must be proficient in computer skills, multi-tasking and the ability to simultaneously work within several software programs at the same time
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Promote and demonstrate positive interactions at all times
