Pay Package:

Mileage Reimbursement
- $0.41 per mile
Shift Requirements
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Potential rotation for on-call evenings/weekends with other nursing staff

- Active LPN License in North Carolina or Compact License

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care according to individualized plans of care, ensuring dignity and independence
- Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting abnormal findings
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as prescribed
- Collaborate with PT, OT, and Speech Therapists to support established routines
- Maintain infection control policies, report communicable diseases, and ensure compliance with standards
- Document nursing actions, communications, progress, and outcomes accurately in patient records
- Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock for patient care
- Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions
- Monitor and document incidents, complete reports accurately, and notify appropriate personnel
