Position Title: Temporary Supervisor – Sterile Processing (Evenings)

Location: Lima, Ohio

Start Date: December 8, 2025

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Evening Shift (8 hours), 40‑hour weekly guarantee

Shift Notes: Flexibility with start and stop times is expected as this is a supervisory role

Overview

We are seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee evening operations in Lima, Ohio. This temporary assignment offers the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and compliance in sterile processing.

Pay Rate: $40- $46/hr

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sterile processing staff during evening shifts

• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols

• Monitor workflow, scheduling, and staff performance

• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members

• Collaborate with clinical departments to meet operational needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience (required)

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (required)

• Certifications:

• HSPA (IAHCSMM) – required

• BLS (AHA) – required

• Other:

• Candidates local or close to Lima, OH preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
