What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greenhouse Sales/ Plant Specialist & Events position at Radebaugh Florist & Greenhouses?
We’re looking for a friendly, plant-loving team member to join the Radebaugh Florist & Greenhouses family! This hands-on role combines customer service, creativity and plant care in our Towson greenhouse.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping customers select the right plants, containers and garden products
- Creating custom planters, window boxes and seasonal plant designs
- Caring for indoor and outdoor plants
- Maintaining attractive, organized greenhouse displays
- Assisting with greenhouse events, workshops and private parties
- Supporting seasonal sales and daily greenhouse operations
The ideal candidate is dependable, outgoing and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Plant knowledge and retail experience are preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
