Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the liaison for customers regarding quoting, sales orders, shipping inquiries, and quality concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders
- Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Prior experience with Sales in Broadband or Telecommunications Industry is required
- Excellent analytical, organization, and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in "NetSuite" or ERP system is a plus
- Process and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Self-starter; results/goal oriented
- Ability and willingness to learn

Typical Working Conditions
The person in this position will primarily work in our Green Bay office. Normal working hours are Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, and unique hours are sometimes required during special events.

Works under the general direction of the VP of Operations. Has discretionary authority within area of responsibility. Works independently within authority limits and experience level. Must establish priorities and independently set daily objectives to meet deadlines and address urgent situations as they occur.

Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
