Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Peachtree Corners, GA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are maintained in excellent condition. Responsibilities include tenant relations, lease management, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. The Property Manager will also manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement property improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including tenant relations and lease management
- Experience in property inspections and maintenance coordination
