We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is enthusiastic, people-focused, and culture-forward. You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our onsite property teams, while also supporting companywide recruiting initiatives and team member engagement programs.

What You’ll Do Recruiting & Hiring
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for onsite property roles across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Post and manage job ads across internal and external platforms.
- Prescreen candidates, schedule interviews, and support offer preparation.
- Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks, drug screening, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain and update RADCO’s onboarding and hiring tracking reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring practices.
- Assist with behavioral assessments and share results with hiring managers.
- Promote RADCO’s culture and job opportunities on LinkedIn and Glassdoor/Indeed.
- Represent RADCO at industry events.
- Build relationships with universities, trade schools, and local institutions.
- Organize and attend career fairs to attract diverse talent.
- Partner with the Talent Development team to plan and host company events.
- Attend monthly onboarding “Coffee Chats” to welcome new hires.
- Support onboarding for new properties and visit sites as needed.
- Train hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
- Analyze local markets to identify new sourcing channels.
- Contribute to retention and engagement strategies across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred (high school diploma required).
- 2–5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience in the multi-family industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to travel occasionally (locally and nationally).
- Remote opportunity- While this role is primarily remote, occasional travel may be required for job fairs, corporate office functions, or site visits at our property locations. For that reason, we are seeking a candidate based in the state of Georgia, preferably in the Atlanta metro area.
