We’re looking for a motivated and Guest-focused individual for an Automotive Accessory Counter Sales position. This individual would work a 5-day workweek made up of 4 weekdays and Saturday, having a weekday and Sundays off! This position earns a spiff for working Saturday! This position will assist Guests with enhancing and customizing their vehicles! If you enjoy cars, sales, and assisting Guests with finding the right products, this is a great opportunity to grow with our Company!
Key Responsibilities Of The Position
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00 (with eligibility for a Saturday Spiff!) and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Key Responsibilities Of The Position
- Sell exciting accessories to Guests to customize their rides!
- Assist Guests in selecting automotive accessories, such as tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, and more!
- Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
- Informing and educating Guests about available products and the features of each one.
- Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and Team sales goals!
- Building long-term Guest relations and repeat business.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation schedule.
- Communicating updates with Guests as required during installation process.
- Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and product displays.
- Requires a passion for vehicles, accessories, and working with Guests!
- Creates experiences of Excellence in the Store where our Guests consistently receive outstanding service!
