As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in making that experience seamless for our customers.
About This Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations with a focus on receiving, split shipments, and special projects.
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring incoming inventory is accurately received and processed, outgoing orders are fulfilled efficiently (including split shipments), and warehouse projects are executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Accurately label, organize, and stock inventory
- Manage and execute split shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to multiple locations
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Production teams to prioritize and fulfill orders
- Assist with special projects, including kitting, bulk packaging, event prep, and custom order assembly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support inventory counts and reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Experience with e-commerce or inventory systems is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
