Commercial fencing and steel estimator

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

RCI is a growing commercial subcontractor looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our expanding Fencing, Gates, and Structural Steel division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both estimating and project management and wants to play a key role in the growth of a dynamic company.

• Prepare accurate estimates and competitive proposals for commercial fencing, gates, ornamental iron, and structural steel projects.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Procure materials and schedule deliveries.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed.

• Experience estimating and/or managing commercial fencing, gates, ornamental iron, or structural steel projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
