Role Summary
The Key Holder plays a critical leadership role within the retail store, supporting daily operations and ensuring a premium customer experience. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining operational standards, and acting as a floor leader in the absence of store management.

- Open and close the retail location, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed
- Maintain store readiness, including merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Support inventory accuracy, receiving shipments, and stock replenishment
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional, consultative sales experiences aligned with the Rad brand
- Educate customers on e-bike features, accessories, and services
- Drive sales performance through product knowledge and customer engagement
Leadership & Team Support
- Act as a manager-on-duty when leadership is not present
- Support onboarding and training of retail associates
- Provide coaching and real-time feedback to team members
Operational Execution
- Follow company policies, POS procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Assist with store events, promotions, and community engagement
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in specialty retail or bikes/outdoor
- Previous key holder or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for cycling, mobility, or outdoor lifestyles is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (bikes and equipment)
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
