We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives and knowledge of public company reporting, securities regulations, investor communications, and corporate governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO & COO calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare board and executive presentations
- Coordinate investor, legal, and corporate communications
- Assist with SEC filings and public company reporting processes
- Organize board meetings and maintain corporate records
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordinate with attorneys, auditors, and transfer agents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years supporting C-level executives
- Knowledge of SEC filings, securities regulations, and corporate governance
- Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
