About The Role

Be the glue in our content engine. Write winning advertorials, plug into investor comms, and help Marketing Ops scale content across business units. You use your creativity daily, with a little admin on the side – traffic assets, chase approvals, keep status boards honest, and make sure every send is on time.

What you will support (first drafts, trafficking, research, final proof)

  • New Content Ideas & Planning- Help define what Content Ops means in the AI era — fast, factual, and scalable without losing voice.
    • Advertorials — first-draft high-performers for tier-one publishers; traffic specs, screenshots, approvals, and placements.
    • Blogs and news releases — draft first-pass posts, releases, short updates, and social cutdowns for team review and final polish.
    • Case studies — first drafts with before/after proof and approved quotes.
    • Investor emails — support weekly sends with live industry research, a concise fact pack, fresh content recommendations (hooks, cites, suggested sections), and link checks.
    • Industry Awards - track, draft and submit key industry awards
  • Conference collateral (excludes decks/speeches) — draft all supporting collateral and potentially attend key industry events such as AdWeek, SXSW, IIA AI Summits, and more.
    • Event one-pagers, speaker bios, press kits
  • Editing and QA — content cleanup and final proof for fast copy, executive quotes, disclaimers, names, dates, and links.
  • Research ops for investor and brand comms — weekly fact pack on market moves, customer wins, platform updates, and third-party cites; quote bank and “metrics mini” (three numbers, one-line context, one action) per email; outside citations set (2–3 reputable links per piece); archive hygiene with a single source of truth (PDFs, links, simple changelog).
  • Scale enablers — standardize briefs, checklists, filenames, and versioning so every BU communicates the same,; keep Asana boards and placements calendars accurate with next actions; maintain a lightweight library of reusable content (headlines, CTAs, disclosures, disclaimers).

About You

  • Skills that matter
    • Advertorial structure that reads like journalism and converts like paid
    • Tight editing and proofing for executive voice and compliance
    • Email mechanics list hygiene segmentation UTMs light analytics and A/B basics
    • Project coordination across design IR legal and execs under deadline pressure
  • 3-5 years of experience include:
    • Content development within a marketing/communications team at an emerging or high-growth company or agency.
    • Success working with high growth team and delivering on deadline
    • Branded content or publisher placements with specs and approvals
    • Fintech, martech, or Fiserv-adjacent experience preferred
    • Case study assembly from raw notes to publish-ready, with links and receipts
    • Familiarity with SEC/Reg A /Reg D basics for investor comms and HIPAA-safe phrasing for healthcare mentions
    • AP style (or house style), fact-checking, and citation hygiene
    • Working knowledge of GA4, UTM discipline, and SEO-smart headlines/metadata
    • Preferred tools experience (or similar): Asana, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Klaviyo, HubSpot, GPT, Gemini, Claude
Compensation Range: $60K - $75K
