OverviewWe’re looking for a sharp, organized, and creative Growth Marketing Associate to help drive digital growth while supporting retail and on-premise launches across restaurants, bars, and hospitality partners. You’ll be the glue between our marketing channels and external partners — ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, our content stays fresh, and our brand shows up consistently online and in the real world.We do not expect you to be at the winery in Sonoma County or tasting room in Marin every day, but we do expect you to shoot content when needed at those locations What You’ll Do:Create Content: Produce short-form videos, graphics, and social posts for ads and organic social. Edit videos with captions, music, hooks, and multiple formats for each platform.Run Ads: Upload ads to Meta, Google, AppLovin, Pinterest, and other platforms. Apply and test copy, track performance, and replace underperforming ads.Manage Organic Channels: Post social content daily, respond to comments, and repurpose organic winners into paid media winnersSupport Email & SMS: Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation and testing.Maintain Assets: Organize photos, videos, and other marketing assets.
