Rachel’s Homecare Connection is a Florida-licensed nurse registry (NR # 30213122) connecting experienced, dependable CNAs with private-pay clients who value quality, one-on-one care.
We are looking for CNAs who are comfortable working independently and who provide care with professionalism, compassion, emotional awareness, and respect for each client’s dignity and personal environment.

Requirements
- Active Florida CNA certification
- Active professional liability insurance coverage
- Required Level 2 background screening and documentation
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- In-home/private-duty care experience preferred
