Floral Designer
Rachel Cho Floral Design – Long Island City, NY
Seeking floral designer. Must be motivated self-starter who takes initiative and manages work independently in a highly responsive manner with a positive attitude.
The following is a general list of job duties, but may not encompass all tasks:

- Understand the aesthetic of the brand to be able to create various types of floral arrangements for both corporate, wedding and retail clients.

- Be able to follow the direction of written instructions and management in regard to stem selection, size and overall look and size of each arrangement for all customer types.

- Be able to understand the Rachel Cho aesthetic so that it aligns with brand, price points, and customer needs.

- Be able to design gifts, corporate weeklies, weddings and large-scale events that align both with brand and customer’s vision.

- Assist with various other tasks around the studio, including, but not limited to, taking calls and orders over the phone, managing inventory, flower buying, cleaning and organizing within the studio.
