General Manager Job Description

General Manager (GM): Your primary responsibility is to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of team and site performance.

What you would do:

• Mentor a Store Manager to ensure your team’s success!
• Lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Grow the guest volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for the store
• Achieve sales goals and guest experience goals as outlined by Management
• Coach staff to create a positive and high energy environment that guests can feel
• Train and support staff at varying levels of development
• Manage daily operations, deliver consistent, high-quality services, and promote Raceway Car Wash within your community
• Ensure the appearance of the site is of the highest standard and appealing to guests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
