What You'll Do
- Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead implementation of new technologies, tools, and system integrations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues, providing guidance and coaching to the team.
- Establish standards, best practices, and documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Foster collaboration within the IT team and across business functions, balancing individual contributions with team-driven outcomes.
- Provide input into resource planning, workload management, and professional development for team members.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
- Contribute to IT roadmaps, capacity planning, and technology refresh strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in systems architecture during project planning and implementation.
- 5 years of progressive systems administration experience, including direct experience supporting enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce processes and integration points.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Clouds preferred.
- Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and integration issues.
- Demonstrated experience managing system upgrades, configuration changes, and data security controls.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
