Your day-to-day impact
- Lead the pre-opening phase and successfully launch the resort in mid-2026.
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team across all departments.
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction, embedding RAC’s service values and standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across accommodation, food & beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and front office.
- Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost control.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and community partners.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS, licensing, and environmental requirements.
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a senior leadership role within a resort or large-scale hospitality operation.
- Strong background in pre-opening and operational management.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Solid understanding of financial management, KPIs, and strategic planning.
- Outstanding guest service mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to live on-site in Coral Bay and work varied hours across 7 days including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant qualifications in Management or Hospitality are desirable.
- Driver’s Licence, Senior First Aid, and Approved Managers Licence required.
