Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project flow
- Review contracts to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements
- Utilize construction estimating tools for accurate cost forecasting and budget management
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met
- Manage project documentation using construction management software for efficient communication and record-keeping
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication of schedules, deliverables, and expectations

Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing or general construction project management with a strong background in construction site operations
