Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist for a priority special project. This role demands a proactive, self-driven professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
· Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules as needed.
· Identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
· Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly and consistently.
· Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)
· Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Proven track record of meeting deadlines independently.
· Experience working in agile environments.
· Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceNow infrastructure.

· JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
· Workflow and business rule configuration
· Integration using REST/SOAP
