Job Title: IT Infrastructure Operations

Locations:- Boston, MA-Onsite

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations to oversee day-to-day IT operations at the customer site.

The ideal candidate will manage service delivery, coordinate IT changes, support incident resolution, work with vendors, and ensure a smooth end-user experience while following ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT infrastructure and service delivery operations.
• Act as the primary IT point of contact for the site.
• Coordinate IT changes, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, network, servers, and site performance.
• Maintain CMDB, asset inventory, and network documentation.
• Support major incident management and business continuity planning (BCP).
• Coordinate IT projects and site downtime activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and ITIL processes.
• Build strong relationships with site leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• IT Operations or Infrastructure Support experience.
• Experience leading IT support or field support teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Incident Management, and Change Management.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and servers.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Familiarity with CMDB, asset management, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
