Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 12 years of IT experience and extensive expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce platform development, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and cloud technologies. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and automation.
• Optimize SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce performance while adhering to governor limits.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and release planning.
• Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.
• Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and promote development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of overall IT experience.
• 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and asynchronous processing.
• Knowledge of OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), JWT, and Salesforce security best practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Experience with MuleSoft integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps and release management tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms is an added advantage.
