Hiring: Senior Network Engineer (W2 Only)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our enterprise infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments with expertise in Cisco technologies, network security, SD-WAN, and data center networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage Cisco SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure and administer Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Firepower, and VPN technologies.
• Implement and support Cisco ACI Spine-Leaf architecture.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities.
• Support cloud networking across AWS and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable network solutions.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 15 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASR).
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, STP, HSRP, VRRP, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and IPv4/IPv6.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ACI.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Firepower.
• Experience configuring IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and remote access solutions.
• Experience with F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes, or PRTG.
• Experience with cloud networking in AWS and/or Azure.
• Knowledge of network automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise or global network environments.
• Experience with network security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
