We specialize in high-end residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, providing space planning, architectural coordination, and construction documentation. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving design challenges, works efficiently in Revit, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate drawings.
- Develop architectural drawings and construction documents in Revit.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Coordinate architectural plans with structural, MEP, and consultant drawings.
- Assist with space planning and design development.
- Revise drawings based on client and consultant feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and meet project deadlines.
- Participate in project coordination meetings as needed.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required).
- Understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and coordinate consultant drawings.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
