A growing production facility in the Mansfield area is seeking dependable Material Handlers with forklift experience to support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. Candidates should be comfortable working extended shifts in a team oriented environment.
Job Duties
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production floor
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
- Supply production lines with needed materials
- Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory movement
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Comply with all workplace safety standards
Preferred Experience
- Prior forklift certification or operating experience
- Warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing background preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Shift Information
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Rotating schedule with alternating 3 and 4 day workweeks
- Weekend availability required as part of the rotation
