We're seeking motivated, results-driven Sales Closers who excel at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into customers.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative 2, you'll manage company-provided appointments while generating additional business through prospecting and referrals. You'll conduct property inspections, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and guide customers through the sales process.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and have a passion for sales.

Six-Week Paid Training Program

Our next training class begins the last week of January 2027, preparing representatives for the spring roofing season in March.

• $800 per week during training ($4,800 total)
• Hands-on roofing, inspection, and sales training
• Coaching in lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing techniques
• CRM and field technology instruction

After training: 10% commission on total project cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company-provided appointments and generate additional leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct property inspections to identify roofing, siding, and gutter damage.
• Document findings using photographs, damage reports, and applicable building codes.
• Present estimates, recommend solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and sales activity in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet established sales activity and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow established sales processes.
• Physical ability to carry, set up, and safely climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Roofing experience is not required.
