R3 Roofing & Exteriors is building our next team of Outside Sales Representatives for our January 2027 Training Class!
We're looking for motivated, outgoing, competitive individuals who are ready to learn new skills, build their earning potential, and take the first step toward a career in roofing and storm restoration sales.

WHAT DOES AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE I DO?As an Outside Sales Representative I, also known as a Setter, you'll work in residential neighborhoods throughout the Des Moines metro and surrounding communities.
Your primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners, introduce R3's services, and offer complimentary property inspections.
You do not climb roofs, conduct inspections, or assess storm damage.
Once a homeowner agrees to an inspection, you'll connect them with an experienced Outside Sales Representative II (Closer), who handles the inspection and next steps.

$500 NEW HIRE BONUSNew team members are eligible for a $500 New Hire Bonus after successfully completing 90 days with R3 Roofing & Exteriors, provided they are actively working with R3 and in good standing at the time of payment.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations and are not eligible for company-sponsored employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
