Storms have swept through communities across Iowa this year, creating increased demand for professional property inspections and storm restoration services. R3 Roofing & Exteriors is growing our Outside Sales team!

We're looking for motivated, outgoing, competitive individuals who are ready to get into the field, connect with homeowners, and take advantage of an opportunity to earn, grow, and build valuable sales experience in the roofing and storm restoration industry.

No roofing experience? No sales experience? That's okay.

If you're coachable, comfortable talking to people, willing to work hard, and motivated by performance and earning potential, we'll teach you the rest.

As an Outside Sales Representative I, commonly called a Setter, you'll work in residential neighborhoods throughout Quad Cities, Iowa and surrounding communities.

Your primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners and offer complimentary property inspections.

You do not climb roofs, conduct property inspections, or assess storm damage yourself.

Once a homeowner agrees to an inspection, you'll hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative II (Closer), who conducts the property inspection, assesses potential storm damage, and works with the homeowner through the next steps.
