We're partnering with an established and growing consumer products business seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to take ownership of its Amazon marketplace performance.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on combining commercial strategy with hands-on marketplace execution.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring the day-to-day success of the Amazon channel while working across marketing, inventory, operations, and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Own the performance of the Amazon business (sales, profitability, and growth initiatives).
• Manage Seller Central operations, product listings, catalogue optimisation, A Content, and SEO.
• Develop and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
• Oversee inventory planning, FBA/FBM operations, forecasting, and product availability.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, customer feedback, and marketplace performance.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving conversion, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, catalogue management, SEO, and PPC.
• Experience managing commercial performance with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
• Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Perpetua, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Background in manufacturing, consumer products, or branded goods is preferred.
