What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Manager position at R2 Global?
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day performance and execution of two distinct DTC ecommerce businesses — running on Shopify.
The Role
You'll manage everything from site experience and CRO to order operations, performance marketing, international execution and product launch readiness across both brands. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership of ecommerce metrics — revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own platform execution across Shopify
- Lead CRO, SEO, merchandising and site experience across both storefronts
- Manage performance marketing channels including paid search, email/CRM, affiliates and retargeting
- Lead internationalization initiatives across pricing, localization, compliance and multi-market execution
- Own GA4, GTM and analytics governance, building dashboards that drive decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, IT, operations, CX and finance
Requirements
- 5 in DTC ecommerce for consumer brands, ideally multi-brand or multi-storefront
- Hands-on Shopify experience plus familiarity with enterprise platforms
- Strong on ecommerce operations
- International ecommerce exposure
- Proficient in GA4, GTM and ecommerce analytics
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
